FAQs

Take a look at our most frequently asked questions below.
If you still cant find the answer you are looking for, fill out the contact form and we will get to you as soon as we can.

  • Where are you located?
We are a popup experience. So while production takes place in Detroit, we could be anywhere in the state at any given time selling treats.
  • How can we find your next event?
If you are reading this, you're in the right direction! As long as you are following us on social media or subscribed to our mailing list, you will receive our event schedule on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Are the pup cups soft serve or hard packed?
The doggy ice cream treats are hard packed. This preserves the ingredients as long as possible as there are no added chemicals or stabilizers. You can serve right away or let it sit for 10-15 minutes to soften.
  • Do you ship?
We currently do not ship and only service the state of Michigan, but we promise it won’t always be this way! Be sure to check back from time to time and follow us on social media @sweetpawscreamery for updates.
  • Are your products safe enough for humans to eat?
Absolutely! All treats are made with human-grade ingredients that are probably already in your morning smoothie or acai bowl
  • Can I place an order online?
No. We do not offer direct to customer sales through our website and we do not ship. Product integrity is of the utmost importance as is having and seeing the dogs enjoying the treat while outside hanging out with their humans.
  • Can I book the ice cream cart for an event?
Yes! The doggy ice cream cart is always a good addition to any event where dogs will be in attendance. The cart can also be rented for an hourly fee and minimum purchase of pup cups. Reach out to schedule - info@sweetpawscreamery.com
  • Will you canvas neighborhoods like the normal ice cream truck?
No. We will be places people naturally hang out with their dogs away from home (e.g. dog parks, festivals, breweries and events).
